We’re into week 7 of the 2018 NFL season and we’ve got another huge fixture of blockbuster encounters and fascinating NFL betting matches to sift through.
THINGS continue to heat up in a fascinating 2018 NFL season.
After seven weeks of play, the LA Rams stand alone as the only unbeaten team, while the playoff race is still wide open in what is developing as an open season.
Coming into week eight, our resident tipster has compiled his picks for every game.
Before we go into the tips for this week, check out two of our in-depth match reviews and our week 8 parlay:
The Panthers had their two-game win streak snapped in their last game and they tried to make a comeback in their 23-17 loss to the Redskins, but the three first half turnovers killed them. The Eagles beat the reeling Giants in their last game and look for Carson Wentz to have a solid game and lead Philly to the win and they will also cover.
The Browns were beaten badly in their last game, but at least they face the Bucs, who have lost three in a row and given up 82 points in their last two games. I see a close game in this one and Cleveland will at least cover the spread even on the road.
The Patriots are coming off a 43-40 shootout win over the Chiefs handing them their first loss of the season. The Bears are coming off an overtime loss where their defense, which is the strength of the team, gave up 30 points. Look for Tom Brady and company to get it done in the Windy City, as New England will win and cover.
The Jaguars are led by their defense, but they have given up 70 points in their last two games, which were both bad losses. They have only scored 21 points in their last two games and that is not good with Houston, who has won three in a row, coming to town. The Texas may not cover in this AFC South battle, but they will cover.
There is no line on this game at time of writing, as Miami quarterback Ryan Tannehill is a question mark with a shoulder injury that kept him out of the last game.
Good non-conference matchup in this game with Drew Brees and the dynamic offense of the Saints taking on the Ravens, who rank first in the league giving up an average of only 12.8 points per game. New Orleans has won four in row and they will not only cover in this game, but get the win as well.

The Rams are the last undefeated team in the league and they are loaded on both sides of the ball. The 49ers gave the Packers a scare on Monday night and even with one win they will cover at home.
The Cowboys are coming off their best offensive game of the season where they beat the Jacksonville Jaguars 40-7. However, they are 0-3 on the road this season averaging a paltry 12.3 points per game away from the Big D. The Redskins are coming off a solid home win over the Carolina Panthers and they will stay in first place in the NFC East with a win over the Cowboys and cover the spread as well.
The Bengals and Chiefs lost in their last game and Cincy is flying under the radar this season at 4-2. Kansas City has been in the spotlight with the great play of Patrick Mahomes and a great offense. In their second straight Sunday Night primetime game the Chiefs will win and cover.
Not the best Monday night matchup with the Giants and Falcons having just three wins between them. Atlanta won their last game and they will win and cover in this Monday Night game facing a Giants team that is a mess and has lost three in a row.
