Game 3 — Wednesday, June 6, 9:00 PM EST at Quicken Loans Arena Cleveland, OH
At Bovada the Warriors are a 4.5-point road favorite with the total sitting at 217.5
The Warriors lead the series 2-0
After getting a little lucky in Game 1 of the series, the Warriors did not need any luck to win Game 2, beating the Warriors 122-103.
The Warriors soundly won Game 2 shooting 57.3% from the floor while holding the Cavs to 41.1% shooting. Golden State shot 41.7% from beyond the 3-pt arc and Steph Curry set a NBA record hitting nine 3-pointers in the game.
Golden State took control of Game 2 early, out-scoring Cleveland by 13 points in the first half. The Cavs dominated the offensive boards again (16-7), but their slow start and lack of perimeter defence hurt them.
Curry went for a game high 33 points in Game 2 on 11/26 shooting and hit nine of his 17 3-point shots. Kevin Durant scored 26 points and Klay Thomson chimed in for 20 points.
LeBron James followed up his 51-point performance in Game 1 by going for 29 points in Game 2, adding 13 assists and nine rebounds. Kevin Love had 22 points and 10 boards and George Hill had 15 points. No other player had double figures for Cleveland and J.R. Smith did not get over his major gaffe in Game 1, scoring just five points in Game 2 on 2/7 shooting.

The Warriors played better defense on James in this game and he went 12 minutes without scoring for a stretch. He and Love did their thing, but Game 2 showed those two need help and Smith and company have to step up and get it done in the scoring department.
The Warriors have won all four of their games facing the Cavs this season.
Cleveland, pretty much, needs to win Game 3 to stay alive in this series, as no team has ever come back from being down 0-3 in a playoff series.
The Cavs have won their last eight home games in the playoffs this year after losing the first game of the post-season in their house.
The Cavs have seemed to be a different team at home in the playoffs and that trend will continue. James will carry the team and they will not only cover the 4.5-point spread at Bovada, but also get the win in this game to get back in the series.
