There is a pretty full slate of games in the NBA on Wednesday. Here’s a three-team NBA parlay bet featuring two of the big guns from the Eastern Conference.

Line: Celtics -2
O/U: 218.5
The Boston Celtics have lost two in a row and the Dallas Mavericks have won two of their last three games, yet the hosts are slight underdogs. The reason for that is that Luka Doncic is out with an ankle injury.
Boston rank third in the league in points allowed but have given up 115 and 122 points, respectively, in losing their last two games.

Doncic did not play in the Mavs’ last game, but they still beat the Milwaukee Bucks 120-116 to end the conference leaders’ 18-game winning streak. Seth Curry and Kristaps Porzingis each went for 26 points in that game.
The Celtics are only 6-8 on the road this season, but they are 10-4 ATS in their last 14 games against the Mavericks in Dallas. Look for that trend to continue, as the Mavs will suffer a letdown after their huge win last time out.

The Miami Heat have lost two of their last three games and recently dropped points to the Memphis Grizzlies, who are seven games under .500. Jimmy Butler has been a great fit in Florida and has totaled 52 points in his last two games.
Butler faces his old team for the second time this season. He will be hoping for a different result than the November 24 meeting in Philadelphia, where the 76ers laid a 113-86 beat down on the Heat.
The 76ers had their five-game winning streak snapped in their last game, which was a 109-89 loss to the Brooklyn Nets. That game was on the road and this season the Sixers are a perfect 14-0 at home.
Joel Embiid did not play in the loss to the Nets, sitting out with an illness. He and the 76ers may not crush the Heat like they did in late November, but they will get back in the win column and cover the spread.

Line: Nuggets -9.5
O/U: 203
The Orlando Magic played on Tuesday night, losing on the road to the Utah Jazz. Taking a road team on a back-to-back is never a good idea, but they are getting nearly 10 points. Stay away from the spread in this one.
The Nuggets have won three in a row after losing three straight. They lead the league in points conceded, only giving up an average of 101.7 ppg.

Denver’s Nikola Jokic is averaging a double-double on the season (17 ppg, 10.2 rpg) and has totaled 53 points and 24 rebounds in his last two games. He anchors a strong defense that should match a tired Magic offense.
Look for this to be a low-scoring affair. The top-ranked defense of Denver takes on an Orlando team that ranks second-last in the league in points per game, so Unders is the call.
